Q: What is the delivery time?
A: DELIVERY TIME VARIES BY ITEM, ANYWHERE FROM 1-14 DAYS.
We usually process and ship "IN STOCK" items within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are typically delivered in 2 - 5 business days, depending on how far you are from Atlanta, GA. Unless you request in advance, we will not require a delivery signature service.
Q: Can I return a tutu or custom sneakers?
A: NO... WE'RE SORRY!!!
Custom orders are made on a case by case basis and due to the custom nature we DO NOT REFUND CUSTOM ORDERS!!! You are responsible for double checking ALL SPELLING (INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS). We will NOT assume responsibility for mis-deliveries due to address discrepancies.
Q: Do you accept returns & exchanges?
A: We will gladly accept exchanges with 15 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and unwashed and in its original condition with original tags attached.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: MOST of our items run TRUE TO STANDARD US SIZING.

The tags are on the clothing might not always match the size you've ordered. Please don't be concerned as the sizing on the tag might be European or Asian, for your reference:

74= US size 6-12 M
80 = US size 12-18M
